VD-05 de-aerator
Our VD-05 de-aerator operates by automatically drawing the product into a vacuum vessel, where it passes through a specially designed rotating bowl. This design maximizes the product’s exposure to the vacuum, effectively removing entrapped air. The entire de-aeration process occurs within a sealed environment, maintaining product integrity.
Standard features include a vacuum system and pressure gauge, with optional additions such as timers and level indicators available upon request. The VD-05 is suitable for de-aerating a wide range of products, from common paints to high-viscosity pastes, making it a versatile choice for laboratory settings.
Additionally, the equipment is available in both standard and ATEX-compliant versions, catering to various operational requirements.

Description
The VD-05 is a highly efficient de-aerator. The product is automatically sucked into the vacuum vessel and has to pass a special designed rotating bowl to ensure maximizes area of the product to be exposed to the vacuum. The de-aeration procedure occurs in an entirely closed environment.
VD-05 is designated to suit all products from common paint to high viscous paste products.
Options
The VD-05 is by standard equipped with a vacuum system and pressure gage.
The de-aerator can be equipped with timer, level indicator and other equipment upon request. The VD-05 is available in standard and ATEX execution.
