Application butterfly dissolver
The Westerlins Butterfly machine is extremely well suited for industries which have a need for mixing medium to high viscous products i.e. plasters, putties, adhesives and silicones. The Butterfly machine is suited for industry when mixing, but not dispersion is needed.
Functional description for butterfly
The Butterfly-machine has frequency controlled for the butterfly stirrer, for stageless speed adjustment. The butterfly stirrer can be equipped with a side- and bottom scraper. On request, the butterfly stirrer can be designed for customers own vessels.

The unique design of the new developed low speed stirrer together with a standard impeller disc, will allow wetting, homogenizing and dispersing of products with high solid concentration, as never before seen.
Functional description for butterfly dissolvers
The Butterfly-dissolver has individual motors, frequency controlled for both the butterfly stirrer and the impellerdisc shaft, for stageles speed adjustment.
The butterfly stirrer is equipped with a side- and bottom scraper. On request, the butterfly stirrer can be designed for customers own vessels. The clamping device for vessels is designed to self alignment, wich guarantees the lid to be correctly placed on the vessel. It is also equipped with safty switches to prevent a start up in case of unsecured vessel.
