DS-10

Description

DS-10 – DS-20 fill the gap between laboratory dissolvers and large production dissolvers. They are ideal for special product departments, and for premixing and dispersing of small batches due to the wide speed range. The vessel clamping device is designed for easy centering of the vessels and is also equipped with safety interlocks to prevent start up in the case of an unsecured vessel. The machine is raised and lowered by means of hydraulic cylinder. The DS-10 – DS-20 range is characterised by its low noise level and infinitely variable speed control by frequency inverter.

Options

The machine is available with or without a mixing vessel, and is a standard with a ventilated vessel cover.

DS-3

Description

Stable dissolver with exact positioning and speed control for small batches and laboratory use.

LPD

Description

The LPD is a dissolver with speed control for small batches and laboratory production. It is a cost efficient mixer suitable for vessels from 1 to 5 litres. The LPD is easily raised and lowered by hand. The LPD is fitted with a manually operated vessel clamping device. It is characterised by dissolver disc and speed control. The shaft can be easily removed due to the quick release coupling.

Options

Different mixing and dispersion discs like turbine blades, propellers, pumping impeller discs, different sizes of discs, stainless execution of the machine frame, mixing vessels, extra shafts etc.

PILOT WISPERSER

Description

The Pilot Wisperser is designed for small batch production and scale up production. The Pilot Wisperser is a highly efficient disperser/mixer fitted with minimum two mixing devices, one is acting as an high speed impeller and the other as a “mass mover” type blade incorporating a side and bottom scraper. The mixing procedure occurs in an entirely closed environment. The
Pilot Wisperser is designated to suit all dispersing requirements from simple water based paint to tixotropic paste like products. The Pilot Wisperser is designed for fast discharge.

Options

The Pilot Wisperser can be equipped with power control system, temperature probes, spotlights, sight glass, level indicator, vacuum system, control panel with logging functions of energy, power, speed, temperatures etc. The Pilot Wisperser can be suited with weighing system. The Pilot Wisperser is ATEX approved.

S-20B

Description

Stable dissolver with exact positioning and speed control for small batches and laboratory use. For high viscousity products for example adhesive and sealants. Another field of application is a gently mixing of extreme sensitive pigments.
